Accept your Virtue Invite

First things first, your charity partner will send over an invite for you to join the Virtue Platform that will look like the email below. Click the 'Set my password' to get started!

Set your Virtue Password

Follow the sign-up link and set your new password for Virtue.

Select your Integration Type

Unless you are an eCommerce business, this should be the 'Business activities' Option

Enter your business details

Enter your businesses' details here, including your company name, address, location and other basic information.

Accept your Charity Partner's disclaimers

Your Charity Partner requires your acceptance of certain disclaimers to allow you to market them on your store page. They may require you to show this exact disclaimer on your store's donation page.

Select the Cause to donate to

Your Charity Partner may have specific or regional causes that you can select from. You may choose up to 3 to support here.

Select your type of giving

With Virtue, you can donate directly from your business' revenue, set up a recurring monthly donation or enable your customers to donate directly.

Business Giving

Donate a set amount or percentage of total sales that you expect from your giving campaign

Customer Giving

If you are running a Customer Giving Campaign, input how much you expect to raise from your customer's donations

Recurring Giving

If you are running a Recurring Giving Campaign, input how much you would like to donate and the frequency with which you would like to donate. This can be altered in the Virtue app later on.

Other Giving

If your giving campaign doesn't fit neatly into any of the other categories, you can select 'Other Giving'. Input how much you expect to raise from your giving campaign here.

Schedule your giving campaign

Next, schedule your giving campaign. Select when you would like your giving campaign to go live and how long you would like it to run for here. This can be altered afterwards in the Virtue App.

Promote your giving campaign

Here, your Charity Partner will outline their desired marketing copy and legal disclosures for you to use in your giving campaign. Please use this as they direct.

Enter Payment Details

Finally, input your payment details here. This also streamlines your future donations or allows for your donations to go out to your Charity Partners automatically every month (if using recurring giving)
