# Integrating your WooCommerce store

## Before You Start

Here are some things to know before you begin this process.

The Virtue requires you to have the [WooCommerce plugin](https://woocommerce.com/?referrer=wordpress.com) already installed and activated in WordPress.

Your hosting environment must meet [WooCommerce’s minimum requirements](https://docs.wooc%20ommerce.com/document/server-requirements) including PHP 7.0 or greater.

`WP_CRON` must be activated with your hosting provider to sync data. Please verify that it is enabled.

## Getting Started

You’ll need to do a few things to connect your WooCommerce store to Virtue.

### Download the plugin

Install the [plugin](https://wordpress.com/plugins/virtue-for-woocommerce) on your WordPress Admin site.

### Integrate Virtue with your WordPress site

1. Sign in to **Virtue** and on the integration step select **WooCommerce.**
2. Enter your store's URL and select **Connect with WooCommerce**
3. You will then be forwarded to your store's admin page. Click the **Approve** button.
4. If you have **not** already downloaded the [plugin](https://wordpress.com/plugins/virtue-for-woocommerce), you will be able to do so on the next screen. Install the plugin on your Woocommerce store before proceeding with onboarding.
5. If you already have the plugin, you will be able to processed with the Virtue onboarding process.
