Can you give me the breakdown of all the fees associated with the service?

Virtue subscription fee

For details on fees paid directly to Virtue, please refer to our pricing page. We offer three main pricing plans: Pay as You Give, Impact Plus, and Impact Unlimited. An additional option to add Customer Giving is available for those using the Pay as You Give plan.

Cause transaction fees

Each cause on Virtue has its own preferred payment method. Any fees will be deducted directly from the donation amount.

Manual Donations:

Bank Transfer (typically 0 fees depending on your bank)
Payment on charity website (fees depend on website)

Automated Payouts:

PayPal Giving Fund (1.6% fee plus £0.20 per monthly donation)
Stripe Connect (fees are country dependent)

Customer donations

Because customer donations are added as a product to your store, they are subject to a transition fee for your store's payment gateway.
