# Can you edit text in the widgets for my store?

There are a few options when it comes to editing text on the widgets. Some widgets allow you to edit the [tagline](#h_090ccf290e). You may also want to update a [translation](#h_3ac6eb45e2)

# Adding a custom tagline.

The **Cart page Customer giving widget**, **Cart drawer Customer giving widget**, **Product Page Widget**, and the **Impact calculator** all give you the ability to add a customisable tagline.

In this example I am using the **Cart page Customer giving widget**, but the process is the same for all three widgets.

1. Go to the page of the widget to which you would like to add a custom tagline.
2. In the **Appearance settings**, scroll down and open the **Advanced options**.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the **Advanced options** and find the **Tagline** field.
4. Enter your custom tagline
5. Click **Save**, or **Next** during onboarding, to confirm your changes.
6. See your change in the preview window to the right of the **Appearance settings**.

# Translations.

# Requesting changing.

Due to the way our widgets programmatically display text, it can sometimes be difficult for us to change text on a case-by-case basis. But as we continue to improve the Virtue app, your suggestions are invaluable.
