# Can I turn off engagement tracking?

Engagement tracking is completely optional and can be turned off at any time.

To turn off engagement tracking:

1. Go to **Account** > **Store Details.**
2. Find the **Track Engagement** toggle and click it so it's no longer green. A green toggle indicates that tracking is enabled.
3. Click "Save" to confirm your changes.
